Licensed to practice law in both Mississippi and Tennessee, Ryan has closed more than 20,000 real estate transactions in his career. His main practice areas include: Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions, Construction/Development Law, Business Entity formation, mergers/acquisitions, Construction litigation and Estate Planning.
He has also been an Adjunct Professor of Law for Dowling College, teaching both onsite at FedEx Corporation in Memphis, and online to students nationwide for more than a decade. He is also a Certified Real Estate Instructor for the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the Memphis Area Association of Realtors. He has taught or lectured on real estate related topics at schools including: University of Mississippi, Northwest Mississippi Community College, Mississippi College, University of Memphis, and the University of Tennessee-Martin.
Ryan has also taught New Homeowner Orientation classes at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis.
He has taught hundreds of real estate related courses and is always eager to answer the questions of realtors, buyers, sellers and lenders.
